A Block South of Dodge on Davenport Street.  The homeowners bought a new house.  They are selling their Very Fine Furnishings to make room for NEW!

From the enclosed three season sunroom we have Wicker, a sofa, chair, entertainment center, and more. The kitchen holds a White Birch buffet and dining room table, as well as a kitchen table and 4 chairs. All have the contemporary look of newer home furnishings to complement any room in your home.

Looking for a new home will be “SANGO – Home/Christmas 1992 Holiday Table Service for 8. Also, a1975 Avon plate “gentle moments, and the 1973 Betsy Ross Avon plate, both by Enoch Wedgewood.

There is a 55 gal. Fresh water fish aquarium, as well as a 20 gal. setup. There are designer floral vases and baskets to complement your room. Lamps...we have lamps.

A light finish Armoire which could become an entertainment center for your home is also going on the block.  This is complemented by two Carter brand green upholstered chairs, and a couple of real-look trees.

There are two sets of leather loveseat, chair, and a sofa. One set is brown w/ottoman, one black. Some pieces from LeatherTrends. Also offered up will be a three piece set of modern curved iron coffee/end tables with glass tops, and two Italian area rugs. Don’t forget, another set of glass coffee/end tables, as well as a retro enamel w/slide out leaves.

Entering the Queen size bedroom we have a 5 piece white contemporary bedroom set, the bed having additional storage underneath, as well as in the headboard. The bed sells as frame only, no mattress. Looking out the window there sits a 6 chair square glass top patio set.

Entering the Entertainment room we find a Pacemaker SXPRO treadmill, and a Drum set-Joe Voda’s Drum city brand DC1000 with the following (2) Tom Toms, (1) Floor Drum, (1) Snare Drum, a Bass Drum, (1) Drummer seat, Paiste and Zildjan Cymbals complete the set. Also in the basement is located a set of Speed Queen super capacity multi speed washer and dryer.

We have a Precious Moments SUGARTOWN set, complete w/boxes.  Also, in the garage is a 1962 MG Midget Mark 1 Roadster. This vehicle has side curtains, a convertible top, and 75,000 miles on the odometer. Always stored indoor, this car is ready to go home with you and look for those warm Fall days to take a spin.
