Absentee Bids:

Auction Solutions will be happy to take absentee bids. The following conditions apply:

Absentee bids can be a maximum bid left prior to the auction, or a bidder may bid by phone, live, during the sale even if you do not have internet access. If you do have internet access, first check to see if our auction is online with ProxiBid. If it is, Click here to register.

In order to bid you must be preapproved. Be sure to contact us at minimum 48 hours prior to the sale. 

• Items purchased are as is where is, no warranty is expressed or implied.
• Once the auctioneer says "sold" the item belongs to the successsful high bidder. We cannot void your transaction after the auction is over.
• Bidder must present a credit card at least 48 hours prior to the sale. The credit card will be verified prior to the day of the sale.
• Absentee bids must be made in U.S. currency only.
• Shipping and packaging costs are not included in the sale price. 
• We need from the bidder, prior to the auction, the following information:
  • Full name and address, city, state and zip
  • Driver's license number 
  • Email address 
  • Credit Card type, number and expiration date
  • Exact spelling of your name as it appears on your card. 
  • Telephone number where you can be reached.
  • Highest bid you are willing to pay.

• If you choose to bid by phone, we will prearrange an approximate call time. Bidding goes very quickly. Be prepared to bid.
