We provide auction services in multiple states, for banks, individuals, and families. Our experience allows us to provide a variety of solutions. We have conducted a wide range of auctions of all types. Recently we have conducted commercial, residential, restaurant, antique, tool, collectible car and parts, toy, and bankruptcy auctions.

We are also actively involved in the community, providing Auction Services for The League of Human Dignity, St. Matthew Catholic church, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, several Cub Scout packs, AKA Sorority, St. Patrick's, St Cecilia's and more. Auction Solutions supports the American Cancer Society wig bank. The Omaha branch provides wigs for women undergoing chemotherapy in a large region.

Auction Solutions consists of Shayne Fili, CAI Auctioneer, MLS Realtor,  and Certified Appraiser's Guild of America Appraiser, Mark Beacom, Auctioneer and Personal Property Appraiser, as well as MLS Realtor. Our paid staff consists of Rick Lieneman, Auctioneer,  Patty and Jack Hutchinson, Ron Perdun, Keri Flores (Proxibid Simulcast Specialist), George Barker, Hiedi Trautman, Mike Socha, Mary Socha and in some cases, guest auctioneers: Jeff Temme,  Larry Larsen, George DeWitt, Travis Ahrendt, David Roseno and Don Peterson.

Shayne Fili is a graduate of Missouri Auction School. She is also a member in good standing of the National Auctioneer's Association, the Nebraska Auctioneer's Association and Iowa Auctioneer's Association. Shayne is graduate of the Certified Auctioneer's Institute  and is a certified personal property appraiser. Shayne is a licensed MLS Realtor in Nebraska and an Iowa real estate sales agent.

Mark Beacom is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering, an MLS Realtor, and a personal property appraiser. He is a member in good standing of the National Auctioneer's Association, Nebraska Auctioneer's Association and the Iowa Auctioneer's Association. He has over 25 years of experience in the industrial equipment procurement and maintenance field. Mark cut his teeth in the job market as an auto mechanic for a local Ford dealership, then moved to the industrial sector. He is an expert in industrial equipment and the auto industry as well as tools and tooling. Mark is also an avid automobile hobbyist.
