Bill Sublet has sold his home and is moving into an apartment. He is offering his household contents at public auction. This is an exceptionally clean and well cared for estate.

Home furnishings: Two Full size beds, a King size bed, all beds have at least one or more dresser, and high boy dressers, some with mirrors. The headboards are blond, cherry, and upholstered. There is a selection of oak chairs, a channel back upholstered chair, and two mauve side chairs in the living room. There is a curved back contemporary sofa, coffee table and end tables.  Table lamps , new and old, Cherry nightstand, cedar chest, old walnut secretary, very nice grandfather clock, wicker chair, Dining room table w/6 chairs, the hutch has a glass front, corner hanging lamps, and more.
